What we collect

This site is static and collects nothing automatically beyond standard, cookieless server logs. When you submit the distributor or bulk-enquiry forms, the details you enter are composed into a WhatsApp message on your own device — they are not stored on this website or sent to our servers. If you contact us on WhatsApp or email, we receive what you send: typically your name, business name, GSTIN, city and order details.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, verify dealer applications (including GSTIN validation against government records), fulfil and invoice orders, and — only with your explicit opt-in — send order updates or catalog editions on WhatsApp or email. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Consent and withdrawal

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process personal data for the purposes you share it for. You may withdraw consent for marketing communication at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or writing to us — transactional messages about an active order continue until the order completes.

Retention and security

Enquiry and order records are retained as long as required for tax and statutory purposes (GST records: as mandated), then deleted. Access is limited to staff who need it for fulfilment and accounts.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to statutory retention duties. Write to the grievance officer (details on the Grievance Officer page) — we respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act, 2023 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
