Privacy policy

This is a static site with no ad trackers. Its forms turn your details into a WhatsApp message on your own device and do not store your data here.

What we collect

This is a static website. Apart from standard server logs, which use no cookies, it collects nothing automatically. When you submit the distributor or bulk enquiry form, your own device turns the details you enter into a WhatsApp message. Those details are not stored on this website or sent to our servers. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you send us, which is usually your name, business name, GSTIN, city and order details.

How we use it

We use it to reply to enquiries, verify dealer applications (including checking GSTINs against government records), and fulfil and invoice orders. We send order updates or catalog editions on WhatsApp or email only if you have explicitly opted in. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Consent and withdrawal

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process personal data for the purposes you share it for. You can withdraw consent to marketing communication at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by writing to us. Transactional messages about an active order continue until that order is complete.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as tax and other statutory purposes require, then delete them. GST records are kept for the period the law mandates. Only staff who need the records for fulfilment and accounts can access them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to our statutory duty to retain certain records. Send your request to the grievance officer, whose details are on the Grievance Officer page. We respond within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act, 2023 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Children

Our products are for children, but our website and communications are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
